What happens if I spray a bleach solution and let it dry?

I'm going away for 3 weeks and want to disinfect all hard surfaces in my apt. If I spray a bleach solution (heavily) and just let it dry do I need to clean it again when I come home or will all the nasty chemicals dissipate? Also what about doing this with Lysol? These are not for food preparation of anything sensitive like that.
