How long does it take to process advance travel pay?

We were suppose to get it today. It would have been 10days prior to checking out today and yet nothing in our checking or on mypay. We leave the 15th. Does anyone know how long it should take befor we get it? Does this mean we didn't get approved. This is our second pcs and were going from virgina to cali. We have two children. Would they deny it?
