I have a 7 year old Toy Poodle with a small lump on his neck, I thinks it's a Basel Cell Tumor, Help?! Advice?

It is a good sign that it is small and not growing rapidly. The majority of cancerous mes will grow fast. Also lumps on a poodle are fairly common, don't get your self all worried. You are doing the right thing. I don't think xrays will be necessary, but the doctor will want to aspirate it. Some doctors will send aspirations into a lab, and others will recommend removing it, then sending the entire m to the lab. You might ask about the cost, at my vet clinic the cost was almost the same either way you went, so we recommended just removing the mes. Your dog is lucky to have someone who cares as much as you do.
