Could this be a guardian angel?

while i was at the beach the other day i was boogie boarding and crashed and as usual i didn't know which way was up until i felt someone pulling me upwards but no one was there when i got to the surface i shrugged it off and thought it was a sub concious thing but when i got home and saw the sunburn i noticed a hand shape on my right shoulder everything else was red but this was my natural skin colour has this happened to anyone at all? could this be a guardian angel or a ghhost? or am i just immagining things?
