Bs 180 Help!!!!?

ok i need help its easy for me to do the bs motion(easier for me than the fs motion) but i cant do it ,my friends told my im scoping it and not poping and everytime i land it i land fakie in the same exact footing as i did the trick i can get them sometimes off banks and ledges(rarly) but its hard to do on flat ground can anyone help me out?
