I logged onto my account one day and my car was mysteriously paid off I didn't pay it off and I don't know where the payment came from or who did it. I got a paid in full letter in the mail but the title was sent to Texas I don't know why but what should I do? Can I get in any trouble because of someone's mistake?

How problematic is it to put a 26X1.75 tire on a 38mm rim?

I have Bontrager 26" X 38mm rims on my bike, and am interested in putting Town & Country 26X1.75" tires on it for the summer (don't ask). Sheldon Brown recommends tires be at least 1.45 times wider than the rims, and this will not be. Will this cause any problems due to the tire being too narrow? It is a good sign that it is small and not growing rapidly. The majority of cancerous mes will grow fast. Also lumps on a poodle are fairly common, don't get your self all worried. You are doing the right thing. I don't think xrays will be necessary, but the doctor will want to aspirate it. You might ask about the cost, at my vet clinic the cost was almost the same either way you went, so we recommended just removing the mes. My husband travels and isn't home a whole lot but tried to conceive on May 12th when he was home. My last period was April 25th. I usually have 28-31 day cycles. Anyway I went to get a yearly pap today which is 7 days after I hoped to have conceived. the doctor was showing my cervix to a resident and said, "See her cervix is like a doughnut with a small hole" My question is, Would she have been able to tell 7 days after a possible conception if I did conceive or not? I didn't ask and she didn't say anything but I have always heard that your cervix changes after conception so does this mean I did not conceive on the 12th of May or was it too soon for the doctor to even tell even though she was looking at my cervix? 2006 craftsman riding mover Briggs and stratton HELP!! lol?

I have a 2006 craftsman lawn tractor. Model number on the engine is 31p977. I took the carb off and now my ignorant behind cant figure out how to reconnect the throttle/choke linkage. Its a weird metal rod that curves back around on itself and it looks like the throttle linkage on the tractor PUSHES against the linkage on the carb to engage the choke on the carb. If someone could send me a picture maybe of their linkage or link me a site that has an exploded view i would GREATLY APPRECIATE IT.... i should have just paid someone but this sure looked like an easy enough job... Exercising and being sick...?

I am an otherwise healthy male, I have been aggressively exercising for 60 days straight. I am on the fitness program called P90X. Last week, immediately after my cardio session, I felt my body literally go numb and ache like I was getting a cold chill to the bone. That night I had shakes and fever and was very ill. I literally slept for 3 days straight and I found out that I had actually caught the flu. I was afraid that my body was crashing from over exercising or maybe a combination of catching the flu and my weakened immune system. So, if I am feeling at about 60% better today, would it hurt to get back to my exercise routine or would that hinder my progress and hurt my performance? Would it be better to wait a few more days or should I just go with it? I read that after rest, exercise can actually jump start my immune system back up and help fight off the infection.

Looking to replace the bolt on my Remington 770 with a Carbon Fiber substitute, help?

It is a brand new Remington 770 .270, I love the gun, but the only problem is the sticky bolt. I've lubed it up with Rem-Lube both dry and wet, and it still sticks. When I was looking around for a new rifle i noticed the Savage Arms rifles came with a carbon fiber bolt, which made the exchange process much faster and noticeably smoother. So obviously i'm just looking for a Carbon Fiber bolt to just socket in there, but i don't really know where to go.

Dyslexia and French help please!?

I am dyslexic and I am 15. I have a hearing issue and I will be getting a hearing aid for it soon. I am required to take a foreign language in order to graduate. I was in spanish but I had to drop out because I could not comprehend it and it was confusing me. I have finished the dyslexia cl to help me out. I am in french two this year. I survived last ear but memorizing the test review that the teacher gave us. This year however I can not do that .I have been studying so hard and I have not asked for help from my teacher because she seems to think that we should know all of this already. She is the only French 2 teacher that we have. I study so much for French but it still just looks like random letters mushed together. I am tired of not understanding it and feeling like an idiot when it come to taking the test. I do not recall ping one single test this year and the school year is almost half way over with. My teacher does know that I am dyslexic and that I do have hearing issues. What can I do!? First of all, I would like to say that I am very sorry about your mother's condition... Unfortunately, there is no way to get her off the pills, even by weening them off. Even if you were able to hospitalize and try to treat her against her will, it would not be effective. I'm no doctor, but I know quite a bit about addiction. If you cut even a small supply of her painkillers off, she will go through withdrawal. The reason being that each pill uses different ingredients to treat the pain. If she stopped receiving any one of these things, her body would not be able to respond in any other way but withdrawal. If she is taking 77 pills in 3 days, her addiction is beyond help; no matter what you do, nothing will help her. She is beyond getting treatment, so the only thing to do is try to brace yourself and your kids for when she pes.

Your best bet would be to get her on an escalator. But do not by any means try to force her onto one without her consent, this will most likely reinforce her fear of them and make the phobia worse. You can really only help her if she wants the help. If she does, establish your trust with her (you're dating her, that shouldn't be an issue), reure her that this is a healthy step for her to take (reducing her fear), and stick with her every step of the way, maybe even let her ride piggy back up an escalator a few times if she'll agree to that before she'll get on on her own. Just be very gentle and very comforting. The more at ease you can put her, the easier the whole process will be.

I recently moved and I suffer from allergies. I was wondering what kind or Air Purifier I should buy. I have seen the ION BREEZE machines, but wonder if those work the same as a HEPA air filter, say from Target or WAL-MART, etc. I want something for my bedroom area only when I sleep at night and something quiet, not noisy. I plan on having a baby too soon, so would like something for them as well. Question about my Boxers Fracture?

It is running the inline 6 cyl. It mainly has this problem when idling, while driving or sitting still. If I push the accelerator down, it straightens back out. It used to be worse, but I replaced a solenoid on top of the engine and it became manageable. This is getting annoying.

I have these red rashes around my mouth, please help?

I have these red lines around my mouth, from the corners of my nose down to the corner of my lips (following my smile lines), and under my bottom lip on the left and right side. They have a burning sensation. I have tried a Nivea For Men Facial Cleanser designed to be a non-irritant and to deal with skin redness, but it isn't helping much. As well, I have been applying Olay facial moisturizer (I realize it's a girl product, but dammit im desperate) too the area, but it causes an even larger burning sensation and makes the skin even redder. I would like some advice as to if I'm pregnant. I was on birth control for about 6 months, and got my last shot in January, and it would have started to become ineffective around March. I had a normal period from the time I got off the shot until May, when I had my last period. I get my period the last week of the month usually (it goes longer than 28 days usually). However, I've missed my period for June already, and I'm working towards being without my period for two months now. My best friend is pregnant, and she's usually my go-to for questions. I don't have tender , although eating chicken (which is my favorite) makes me sick to my stomach. I get tired easier, and sleep longer. However, in early June, I got a big promotion at work, and have received a lot more responsibilities. More than I've ever had before. I've probably taken 20 pregnancy tests, and I've gotten bout 5 positive out of all of them. I know that a pregnancy tests contains the HCG hormone and that is what a pregnancy test be positive, but what would you say about my condition? I have no excessive weight gain, no excessive weight loss, no emotional stress minus the work stress...please help!

Chipped bone in right foot Can I walk on it or will it make it worse?

Two days ago I fell carrying my 2 yr old daughter. There was a sidewalk involved and a large hill. I fell forward and twisted in the air on my foot to avoid hurting my daugher. Good news is not a scratch on her. Bad news I chipped a bone on the outer area of my foot where the foot begins to taper in. I saw an orthopedic specialist and he said that it will take at least 4 weeks to heal and there is definately some soft tissue damage as well. As of right now my foot looks like one of the hobbit's feet from Lord of the Rings. My toes are bruised and whole right side of the foot is swolen. I know that I won't have a cast and they gave me a boot and crutches. My question is will walking on it make it worse? Will it lengthen the recovery time or is that just a given. I have small 3 kids and it is hard to be on crutches with them. I also stay at home and have grocery shopping, cleaning, and such. I have a high pain tolerance, so do I try to walk on it or not?

Hi, if you've cooked the lamb in sauce in the oven in a covered dish and it's chewy then it means you haven't cooked it for long enough. Likewise if you've done it on the hob in a covered saucepan. Overcooked chewy lamb only happens if you're roasting a joint. The trick for good lamb curry is to cook it for a long time at a low temperature, I do mine for 2 hours at 150C. Then before serving take it out of the oven still covered and leave it for 10 minutes, this lets the lamb 'relax' and improves the texture. Adjust the cooking time according to the cut of meat, if you're using mutton give it an extra 20 minutes. Best way to know if its done is to take a piece out, let it cool for 5 minutes, then try it! mmm making me hungry thinking about it...

Baby with the runs..advice?

My son will NOT nap!!! Some advice please! ( a lil long)?

Actually I should have said my son will not SLEEP!!! He is 7 months old. He takes less then 3 hours of naps during the day, and wakes up 3 times at night! He goes to bed around 9, wakes for a bottle around 11, 2, and 5. He then wakes up usually around 8. He "naps" anywhere from 25 minutes-an hour and a half sometime between 10 and noon. He will then "nap" again could be 25 minutes could be an hour long sometime around 1:30 or 2. He will then take a snooze usually about 35-40 minutes around 4. I feel like I can NOT get him to sleep. As an infant we did (and still do) co-sleep but only at night time. During the day he always took naps on his own. But he's always been a baby that fell asleep eating. And then he would be laid in his swing, which he has outgrown. He weaned himself from the and pacifiers at 5 months right before he got his first 2 teeth. I had no problem establishing a nap/sleep routine with our daughter when she was an infant and we did all the same things. SHe did sleep in her crib more at night, but I still co-sleep with him because he already wakes up 3 times a night to eat (and he chugs a full 6 oz bottle each time (so he's deff hungry). If I didn't he;d wake up sooo much more. I have eveb let him "cry" for a bit and checking on him ect, but he will go forever and I'll go in comfort him ect and he'll be sweating he gets so worked up. SOmeone please help!!! He's going in his crib all night starting tonight. But aside from that how can I help him establish a nap routine? My daughter really did it all on her own she would eat then nap but it was 2-3 good long naps a day at this age. He doesn't even seem over tired or exhausted at all.

my lo is 2 weeks old and i am not trying to quit now but she lost 11% of her body weight because i am not producing enough milk. now i supplement her night feedings to make it easier on both of us and to help her gain weight but the lactation consultant is against that. i can't let my baby starve though. i have received help from 2 lactation consultants and am scheduled to continue to see one of them but i am a single mom, no family or friends to help us and feeding is beginning to feel really stressful and selfish of me because it isn't helping her if it's not enough to give her what she needs.

Why has my brain felt so funny lately?

For the past week-ish, my brain has felt really weird and not normal. I pride myself on having a very good memory and being a rather quick thinker. Lately, I feel like my brain has been in a fog. I have always been forgetful about short-term events, like if somebody says "remember to do this later", I'll often forget so that's not a big deal. But I keep thinking of things I have to tell people, and then as soon as I see them I forget what it was. Also, I keep having the feeling of having a word "on the tip of my tongue", like I can think of a word I wanna use but I just can't come up with it. I haven't been getting much sleep lately, it's been very hot and humid in my area, and I really haven't been stimulating/challenging my brain much this summer...do you think that these are factors, or is it something more serious??

I had a really vivid dream the other night. In one of the several episodes that I remember, I discovered that a Krisha Conscious (Hare Krishna) mother and daughter were living in the spare bedroom of my apartment. They had rented the room and I'd forgotten because I never saw them. I think they owed me rent. Anyway, an older gentleman (a semi-retired coworker) suggested we blow off work and go to a theater matinee. I agreed and told him about my renters while we were standing in the lobby waiting for the play to begin. He referred to them as "Rastas" so I became uncertain about their religious orientation. (I live near a big Krishna community, so that's probably where I came up with that.) Is there any hidden meaning to this dream?

There is a family rift between my mum and her brother who is a duty holding officer He has friends who are officers and sergeants. To cut a long story short 2 years ago , my mum accused her brother of stealing thousands of pounds out of my grandparents bank account( he was holder of bank book and signature as they are frail) a thousand pound a month was spent, they had no mortgage! anyway My grandad had to go in hospital and mums brother took my nan to look at a nursing home. She came back in a state that day crying to my mum that he was been mean and nasty to her. My mum packed my nans belongings and took her up to her own house, which he seen my nan get in to my mums car.The next day my mum got a knock on the door and two policeman asked to have a word. They said they had been asked to do a favour! they said my nan had gone missing! my mum explained that he had seen her get nan in to the car and they apologised as they knew she was there!. Now i will get to the shocker of the story! my 14 year old daughter recieved a message on facebook to tell her that her great grandad had died the day before and to let us all know. I was so upset, i had to tell my mum who was screaming and then had to tell my nan that her husband had died ( he had told everyone in medical prof, he was next of kin) so my daughter went to his house to ask why he couldnt of told my mum or his own mum, why get some else in the family to facebook it!!!? my partner followed my daughter up there and i shortly followed.. She stood at his door and shrugged his shoulders I told him he should have been more grown up and should at least told us by phone the day it happened. The three of us left and we went home. My phone then rang , it was my cousin ( who had sent the message via facebook) she was laughing down the phone at me whilst i was crying) so my daughter yet again was upset got her shoes on and walked up my cousins, i asked my partner to follow her yet again! i got my coat on and caught mike up. There were 2 police cars and 6 police waiting outside my mums brothers house talking to my partner. i explained what had happen and as a funeral director myself i was mortified that another company would pick my grandad up ( i loved my grandad, and would have looked after him) and i explained the family situation to them, they seemed to be ok. (By the way my mums brothers partner is a community support officer, so she in on it!!!! she also takes a lot of cocaine, which police are unaware) I told them that i was going to my cousins house which is just 1 minute away, so me and my partner walked up there to find where my upset daughter was. There was my aunty, my cousin and her partner. they told me that my daughter had left. i told them that they had been totally disrepectful to my mum and nan. They just laughed, so my partner called them f....... slags and we walked home. My daughter was already home and had told me, whilst she had been in there house, the brother had phone to tell my cousin that the police were going to arrest my daughter!!!!! for what??? knocking a DOOR??? anyway the police came to my door 10 minutes later to arrest my partner . My auntie and cousin and her partner had told police that my partner has threatened to set them on fire!!!! He was locked up for 22 hours, taken to court and charged with a section 4 . We now all have to go to court including my poor 14 year child at the end of July as my partner had pleaded not guilty No police have taken a statement from me or my daughter. My partner has had his firearms licence taken away. My mums brother has harressed my parents in the street, he is a bully and has been told off before at work for bulling prisoners. I dont know whether to go a see cid officer??? somebody help me!!!!!!!

Abdominal Pain Need Prof. answers please?

I am 22 years old, have my appendix and both kidneys, prior hist of kidney stones (1year ago). I have been experiencing severe, on and off at first, and now constant pain in the center to right part of my abdomen, towards my lower back and extending out to the right side of my body. I have a difficult time going to the bathroom all of the time, due to pain reaching all the way from the colon to abdomen. I had a test two weeks ago, where I had to drink to bottles of barium. A few days later, I was admitted to the ER and the CT in the hospital came back unremarkable due to the fact there was barium still inside of me. I was discharged 2 days later from the surgical unit. I saw my primary care MD on Monday, who did an evaluation and decided it was best to go to the ER yet again, VIA Ambulance. The administered 4mg Morphine along w. 12.5mg Phenergan. Upon arrival, I was given Demerol 4mg and Zofran 4mg. I had barium in my system from that same morning from another CT which was never finished, due to the fact I had to go to the ER. They completed the CT, stated there was inflammation, and I would need a Colonoscopy and Endoscopy, which would be done by a GI Doctor. I have an appointment on Thursday, OCT, 9 for the consultation visit, and the test would be done from there. I need to know of any ideas as to what this could be. They prescribed Lortab, 7.5/500 Q4-6h prn and Lomotil, 2.5 Q4h prn. The pain is continuous, and the Hydrocodone does not cut it. What else is good for sever abdominal pain and what could this be? I need help. I am also taking Docusate SOD 100mg, ii caps QD. Prof. answers only please....

I would like to move out of state with my child in the future and am trying to set the right course of action. I know the laws that pertain to this matter and think that the father will fight me(and probably win,like always). If I moved, would he be able to somehow legally make me return to this state? We were never married, had a short relationship, and I am the custodial parent. I do everything in the best interest of my child. I'm not a doctor but I have a lot of experience with mental health medications so I will tell you what I know. Paxil can't just stop working, but you may just need a higher dose for it to be more effective. Your anxiety sounds pretty bad though so maybe you need a medication that treats anxiety and panic disorders more effectively. Paxil and Zoloft treat both depression and anxiety but not severe anxiety that causes panic attacks. You may benefit from a benzodiazepine like xanax or valium for instance. They should be more effective in treating your anxiety and panic attacks. There are also other cles of anti-anxiety meds that treat mainly anxiety. Talk to your doctor about these anxiety attacks and panic attacks you've had because what you're prescribed now is obviously not effective.

Rabies is a legal requirement to keep current, and I would recommend the 5-way distemper every three years. Those are the "core vaccines". Talk to your vet about Lyme disease and kennel cough (bordatella and corona). He will probably recommend staying current (annual) on the Lyme and that his minimal contact with other dogs makes either of the kennel cough vaccinations unnecessary for him. Keep him on parasite preventatives.

Friendship trouble. Should I tell her or should I forget about it?

I had not seen my best friend from college in 2 months. I was looking forward to catch up/spend time with her. My best friend and I were heading to the beach yesterday when one of my friends called so we invited her to come with us. Everything was nice and dandy until we got to the beach and had a few drinks. From that point on they formed a little click and I felt left out. My best friend literally gave me her back the entire time. They both were talking nonstop, laughing at their inside jokes, bonding, dancing, etc. At first I tried to include myself/join them but that did not work very well. They would not include me in their conversations or anything. I pretty much felt like I was their driver. I’m not the jealous friend type. As a matter of fact this is the first time I’ve ever felt this way. I guess I feel this way because I was really looking forward to spending time with my best friend who I haven’t seen in a while and that did not end up happening. I don’t know if I should bring this up and tell her (my best friend) that it bugged me or if I should just let it slide and forget about the whole thing? I don’t want her to think I’m making a big deal or that I’m acting childish. Should I tell her? If so, how should I tell her?
