How do i get rid of a hickey. FAST?

ok so i was on a date last night with my boyfriend, came home and found a ring of hickeys on my neck, not big deal they haven't been this bad before but i bruise easy, and im just wondering if there is any way aside from adding makeup, to reduce the redness or to help get rid of them faster. any tips???
