Abdominal Pain Need Prof. answers please?

I am 22 years old, have my appendix and both kidneys, prior hist of kidney stones (1year ago). I have been experiencing severe, on and off at first, and now constant pain in the center to right part of my abdomen, towards my lower back and extending out to the right side of my body. I have a difficult time going to the bathroom all of the time, due to pain reaching all the way from the colon to abdomen. I had a test two weeks ago, where I had to drink to bottles of barium. A few days later, I was admitted to the ER and the CT in the hospital came back unremarkable due to the fact there was barium still inside of me. I was discharged 2 days later from the surgical unit. I saw my primary care MD on Monday, who did an evaluation and decided it was best to go to the ER yet again, VIA Ambulance. The administered 4mg Morphine along w. 12.5mg Phenergan. Upon arrival, I was given Demerol 4mg and Zofran 4mg. I had barium in my system from that same morning from another CT which was never finished, due to the fact I had to go to the ER. They completed the CT, stated there was inflammation, and I would need a Colonoscopy and Endoscopy, which would be done by a GI Doctor. I have an appointment on Thursday, OCT, 9 for the consultation visit, and the test would be done from there. I need to know of any ideas as to what this could be. They prescribed Lortab, 7.5/500 Q4-6h prn and Lomotil, 2.5 Q4h prn. The pain is continuous, and the Hydrocodone does not cut it. What else is good for sever abdominal pain and what could this be? I need help. I am also taking Docusate SOD 100mg, ii caps QD. Prof. answers only please....
