What should I do? Please Help?

okay long story short, Me and my friend ( actually soul sis ) ( We will call her bella ) Bella and me like the same guy, guy asked her out she said yes, I got mad, she broke up with him so then he could go out with me 2 hours later breaks up with me because he likes bella soooo much. me and bella fight , not friends week later, were friends, fight again not friends, friends again -_- . Then again I wrote her a note saying that she is ignoring me for him like ditching me and I live like right by him , they say that they "love" each other ( WE ARE IN 7th GRADE ) , she said that she broke up with him and we werent friends then like the next day they go out again me and her talk , we are friends. OKAY! and Its like bella is blind because she cant see that I liked him and it seems like she didnt give a eff about me, she says that she loves him, I am not sure what to do, should I talk to her in person or write her a note saying what?! I am in pain and I felt good not being her friend, I guess I am the 2nd choice compared to her. help me, please
