Why did Prez Obama issue an Executive Order?

He DIDN'T p the Dream Act by executive order. If you'll notice, that link you posted is now a dead link. For some reason, the right-wing media has been spreading that he did this without anyone knowing, and the legitimate media outlets that reported on it are now having to retract the articles because it's just not true.
