Should I go ahead and make this TRADE...?

I would only make this deal if you are rebuilding for next year. Furcal and Oswalt's stock are both really high right now and I see them continuing their success for the remainder of the year. Dishing out Furcal for an Injured Rollins and Oswalt for a sub par Pavano won't help you for this year, so unless you're rebuilding, I wouldn't do this trade.
