My friend bought a K. Abdul Jabbar book hand signed from his personal website, now we are questioning the sig?

It's a nice autograph, signed Kareem Abdul Jabbar, can't remember if it's inscribed with anything. But here's the problem: ON a Yahoo search of "Kareem jabbar autograph", ALL of his signatures listed are signed "Abdul Jabbar", with no Kareem. HMMMMM. So now what? Can you complain to the website? Is this something you need proof? My friend doesn't really care to go into this, but this is pretty rude, and if KAJ doesn't know this happened, he might want to. Any advice on what to do, if anything?
