I have these red rashes around my mouth, please help?

I have these red lines around my mouth, from the corners of my nose down to the corner of my lips (following my smile lines), and under my bottom lip on the left and right side. They have a burning sensation. I have tried a Nivea For Men Facial Cleanser designed to be a non-irritant and to deal with skin redness, but it isn't helping much. As well, I have been applying Olay facial moisturizer (I realize it's a girl product, but dammit im desperate) too the area, but it causes an even larger burning sensation and makes the skin even redder. What should I do?
