How can i help my friend!!??

Just let her be herself, not everybody needs lots of friends to be happy. You did become her friend with the way she is dressing and acting, so she should be able to find another nice girl like you to be friends with here while still being friends with you when you move. Just let her be herself, tell her to keep her head and hopes up no matter what the other kids at school do to her. Stay her friend and email her once every few days when you move.
