Does A&D Zinc Oxide Cream get rid of rectal chafing from a BM. If not is there any other cream that those?

who have had this problem have used that gets rid of it. I've had it forever and it produces an excruciating burning pain, itch and wetness in the rectum. I realize this is an indelicate subject but it's reality and it's so painful that it''s incapacitating. I've been checked out many times and I have nothing else wrong that causes it. I've heard that it's a byproduct of the rough edges of evolution.
