What Color Will The Foal Be.........?

The mother is a brown & white(more white than brown) registered paint mare and the daddy is a dark bay with black socks (no white) registered Quarter horse stallion. So probley what color will the baby be? Also the baby is able to be registered with APHA, but could the foal be doubled registered with APHA & AQHA? Thanks everyone!
